1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clipsy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Clipsy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on devices you own or control, according to the limits of your purchased plan (Nova, Master, or Ninja).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for any data you copy, save, or share using Clipsy. You agree not to use the application for any illegal activities or to transmit data that violates the rights of others.

4. Local Data Management

You acknowledge that Clipsy is a local-first application. Data backup and security of the local machine are the sole responsibility of the user. Clipsy is not responsible for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, software corruption, or accidental deletion.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

One-time payments (Nova, Master) provide lifetime access to the features included at the time of purchase. Monthly subscriptions (Ninja) provide ongoing access to premium features as long as the subscription remains active. All payments are processed via Stripe and are subject to their terms of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clipsy is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall Clipsy or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the software.
